About CLIAB
Where It All Started
Cigar Lounge In A Box started with a frustrating experience in Atlantic City.
I was looking forward to enjoying a good cigar when my lighter ran out. Finding a replacement or decent matches should've been simple. It wasn't. After searching within walking distance, all I could find were paper matchbooks.
That got me thinking about another frustration I'd had with travel humidors: many weren't designed to accommodate larger cigars, let alone everything I wanted to have with me.
I didn't want to carry a cigar case and then worry about everything else separately. I wanted something practical, organized, and ready when I was.
That experience became the starting point for Cigar Lounge In A Box.
What began as a solution to my own frustrations has grown into a small, veteran-owned business built around handcrafted components, thoughtful design, and the belief that enjoying a cigar shouldn't be complicated.
The products have evolved. The mission hasn't.

Built by Hand. Fueled by Purpose.
I didn't start Cigar Lounge In A Box to make another ordinary cigar case. I started it because I saw a better way to do things.
Today, that same thinking goes into everything I build. I spend countless hours designing, testing, cutting, fitting, and refining components because the little things matter. A box should do more than look good sitting on a shelf. It should be practical, functional, and something you're proud to own.
I'm a small business owner working with my own two hands, not a big company turning out thousands of identical products. Some ideas work the first time. Others take a dozen attempts before I'm satisfied. That's part of the process, and I'm not interested in cutting corners just to get something out the door.
I believe good craftsmanship speaks for itself. No fancy promises. No unnecessary frills. Just thoughtful design, honest work, and products built with purpose.
My Commitment to You
When you purchase something from CLIAB, you're not just another order number.
You're supporting a veteran-owned small business, and I take that seriously.
I believe in treating people fairly, being honest about what I sell, and standing behind my work. If something isn't right, I want to know about it. You'll deal with a real person who cares about getting it right.
I'm proud of what I build, but I'm even more proud when someone opens one of my boxes and appreciates the work that went into it.
Built by Hand. Backed by Us.
